Which plan should I choose?
Choose Free if you mainly dictate, clean up text, and ask occasional questions in the app you're using. Choose Pro if Viora is part of your daily workflow and you want the more capable Sonnet model, long-term memory, and proactive background help. Choose Max for Viora's top subscription tier.
Are there usage limits? Are paid plans unlimited?
No plan is unlimited, but you won't be cut off. Pro and Max run on the Sonnet model by default; once you reach your allowance Viora automatically falls back to the faster Haiku model so you can keep working. Plans use an allowance rather than a fixed message count.
Is my voice and data private? Is it used to train AI?
No. We never train on your data. Voice and account data are stored on our own cloud and never shared with third parties. The only data that leaves our infrastructure is the inference request sent to Google Vertex AI — and under Google's enterprise data terms, those prompts are not logged, retained, or used for training.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
No. Pro and Max are billed monthly. Max is available for $100 per month. Organizations that need invoicing can contact us.
